Collaborative Developments is a social enterprise that has emerged from years of efforts in social and economic development projects in Grand Rapids, MI. The organization strives to follow principles of development that encourage increased participation in communities to address spiritual and material progress. We are currently pursuing lines of action that promote opportunities in agriculture and in real estate development through community gardening, farming and homesteading, and home construction. We welcome partnership with any individual or organization who seeks to enhance the quality of life for all of the human family
